1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by direct agreement
Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
Prices are listed in NOK and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
Late or failed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We keep this tight because your time slot blocks revenue.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before booking: Full refund or free reschedule
Cancellations within 72 hours: No refund.
Rescheduling within 72 hours is not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
No-shows are charged in full.
3. Studio Use
Clients are expected to treat the studio like a professional workspace.
You must arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Any extra time over the booked time is charged at an hourly rate.
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
Food and drinks are allowed only if agreed beforehand.
Smoking, drugs, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
4. Equipment & Technical Responsibility
We provide professional-grade equipment—but you’re responsible for how it’s used.
Staff assistance may be provided depending on your booking type.
Clients are responsible for reviewing recordings before leaving.
Bergen Podcast Studio is not responsible for lost or corrupted recordings once the session has ended.
If equipment is damaged due to misuse, the client will be charged for repair or replacement.
5. Recording & Content Responsibility
You own your content—but also the consequences of it.
Clients retain full ownership of their recordings unless otherwise agreed.
You are solely responsible for the content you produce and publish.
You must ensure your content complies with Norwegian law (including copyright, defamation, etc.).
Bergen Podcast Studio reserves the right to refuse recording of unlawful or inappropriate material.
6. File Delivery & Storage
We don’t store your files forever—don’t rely on us as a backup system.
Files will be delivered via download link after the session.
We may store files for up to 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
After this period, files may be permanently deleted without notice.
These providers are required to process information securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Additional Services (Editing, Clips, etc.)
Extra services are billed separately.
Editing, post-production, and content creation (e.g., reels, clips) must be agreed in advance.
Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope.
Revisions may be limited depending on the package purchased.
8. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are designed for regular users.
Subscription plans renew automatically each month.
Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly agreed.
Subscription benefits are non-transferable.
9. Liability
We protect our business, and you should protect yours.
Bergen Podcast Studio is not liable for:
Loss of data, recordings, or business opportunities
Technical issues outside our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
10. Force Majeure
If something out of our control happens, we’re not on the hook.
Includes (but not limited to): power outages, natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled but not refunded.
11. Privacy & Data
We handle your data responsibly.
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
12. Amendments
We may update these terms when needed.
Updated terms will be published on our website.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
