These Terms apply to all purchases made via our website and paid through Vipps and other available payment methods.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional podcast production services, including:

  • Studio rental (audio and/or video recording)

  • Use of technical equipment

  • On-site technical assistance

  • Editing and post-production services (if selected)

  • Content creation services (e.g., short-form clips, reels)

Each service is described on the website with details of scope, duration, and pricing.

3. Prices

  • All prices are stated in NOK (Norwegian Kroner)

  • Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • The total price, including all fees, is shown before payment

No hidden fees will be added after checkout.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment via:

  • Vipps

  • MobilePay

  • Payment cards (if available)

Payment conditions:

  • One-time bookings must be paid in full at checkout

  • Subscription services are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis

A receipt/confirmation is issued immediately after payment.

5. Binding Agreement

An agreement becomes binding when:

  • Payment is successfully completed, and

  • A booking confirmation is issued

The customer is responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming.

6. Delivery of Services

Studio Sessions

  • Delivered at our physical studio at the agreed date and time

Digital Deliverables

  • Delivered electronically (download link or file transfer)

  • Delivery timeframes:

    • Raw files: within 24 hours after session

    • Edited content: within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed

If delays occur, the customer will be informed without undue delay.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.

Exception:
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Services booked for a specific date or time

  • Services already delivered (fully or partially)

By completing a booking, the customer expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be waived for time-specific services.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Studio Bookings

  • More than 48 hours before: 50% refund or free rescheduling

  • Less than 48 hours before: no refund

  • No-show: no refund

Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date

  • No refunds for ongoing billing periods

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

9. Complaints and Defects

If the service has a defect, the customer must notify us within a reasonable time.

We will:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Offer correction, re-delivery, or partial refund where appropriate

Consumer rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply where relevant.

10. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Arrive on time for bookings

  • Follow studio instructions

  • Use equipment responsibly

The customer is financially responsible for damages caused by misuse or negligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost income, lost opportunities)

  • Technical failures outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

13. Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be directed to us.

If unresolved, consumers may contact:

  • Norwegian Consumer Authority

All agreements are governed by Norwegian law.
